We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Drone Operator to join our team based in Brooklyn, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operations for various commercial and industrial applications. Operating remotely while maintaining coordination with our Brooklyn headquarters, you will utilize advanced drone technology to collect critical data, conduct inspections, and support project objectives across multiple sectors. Your precision, efficiency, and commitment to safety protocols will be essential to our operations.

• Plan and execute drone flight missions in compliance with FAA regulations and company safety standards
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning optimally
• Collect, organize, and analyze aerial data using industry-standard software and tools
• Maintain detailed flight logs, mission reports, and documentation for all operations
• Troubleshoot technical issues with drone systems and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to understand mission requirements and deliver results
• Stay current with FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, and operational guidelines
• Perform data processing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain equipment inventory and manage drone maintenance schedules
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams in a clear and professional manner

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or equivalent certification)
• Proven experience operating commercial-grade drone systems
• Proficiency with flight planning software and mission management platforms
• Strong understanding of data collection methodologies and analysis techniques
• Knowledge of safety protocols, airspace regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining coordination with team members
• Preferred: Experience with specific drone platforms (DJI Enterprise, Freefly, or similar)
• Preferred: Proficiency with post-processing software and GIS systems
• Preferred: Background in surveying, construction, real estate, or media production
• Preferred: Experience with payload integration and specialized sensors
