Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our organization in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will drive the vision and strategy for our product offerings, working collaboratively across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a decisive leader with a visionary mindset, you will be responsible for defining product direction, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product launches that align with business objectives.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Define product requirements and success metrics; use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure products are built with quality, usability, and customer satisfaction in mind
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback; conduct user research and testing to validate product assumptions and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to leadership and key partners
  • Analyze product performance using analytics tools and metrics; adjust strategy based on user behavior and business results
  • Oversee product roadmap execution and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Champion a customer-centric approach and advocate for user needs throughout the organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven organization
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products from conception to market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and customer-centric product development
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to changing market conditions

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with SaaS or B2B technology products
  • Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Background in user research methodologies and A/B testing
  • Experience in B2C or marketplace product environments
  • Knowledge of German market dynamics (a plus for Berlin-based role)
