We are seeking an experienced and analytically-minded Product Manager SAP to join our organization in Wrocław, Poland. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our SAP-based product solutions. You will work cross-functionally with development teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to deliver innovative solutions that optimize business processes and drive organizational value. This position requires a decisive professional with deep SAP expertise and a proven track record of managing complex enterprise software products.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments to inform product development priorities
• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and implementation teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements
• Conduct detailed analysis of SAP modules and business processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch, including market research, competitive analysis, and performance metrics
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable product specifications
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to assess success and inform data-driven decision-making
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance user adoption, training, and change management for SAP implementations
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
• Prepare and present product updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems and modules (such as MM, SD, FI/CO, HR, or PM)
• Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• SAP certification or specialized SAP training
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) best practices and implementation strategies
• Background in financial acumen and business metrics analysis
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with product management software and analytics platforms
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
