1. 负责旧产品的自主投放，优化和提升产品投放的效率

2. 规范和优化生产过程中的操作流程(包括拉平衡，工序/纸样优化)，提高生产效率

3. 主导处理生产过程中日常技术问题(包括来料异常和质量突发情况），定期巡查生产现场，发现并解决存在的问题。

4. 与生产合作组织开展日常改善活动，优化车间布局和生产线平衡，减少生产浪费，节省成本。

5. 与生产主导提升员工车缝技能和质量标准培训，提升员工产品投放的自主性和快速性，减少过长时间的员工培训，提高生产力和质量

6. 与工程/维修合作并主导和推动自动化项目，提升工厂竞争力

1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程，服装设计和工程专业

2. 有成衣工厂工作经历，良好的沟通技巧和团队合作；

3. 至少5年以上相关工作经验，有车缝工艺工作经验优先

4. 熟悉现场改善及工艺改善手法；

5. 具备较好的分析问题和指导现场的能力；

6. 良好的英语，熟悉使用办公软件
