Job Description

Position Purpose

Ensure the comprehensive management of payroll, labor relations, compensation, and benefits processes within Montoi. Implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Internal Work Regulations (RIT), Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and social security obligations, contributing to a fair, productive work environment aligned with business objectives while optimizing total rewards to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate, analyze, and process employer and employee contributions for IMSS, INFONAVIT, and INFONACOT.
  • Submit employee affiliation transactions to IMSS (hires, terminations, and fixed/variable salary changes).
  • Calculate the company's annual Workers' Compensation Risk Premium and oversee applicable benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with Internal Work Regulations and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Monitor compliance with all labor policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the proper administration of Compensation & Benefits programs.
  • Monitor employee turnover and absenteeism indicators.
  • Conduct internal labor investigations.
  • Develop labor relations strategies to promote workforce stability.
  • Maintain relationships with external institutions.
  • Follow up on employee feedback channels.
