Analyst, IT – SCCM 

Role Overview 

We are seeking an Analyst, IT – SCCM to support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) in a global environment supporting 10,000+ Windows endpoints across 50+ sites. 

This role focuses on the day-to-day administration and support of MECM, including application deployment, Windows imaging, patching, client health, and troubleshooting. 

Our Windows devices operate in a Hybrid Entra ID Joined and MECM/Intune co-managed environment, so you'll also work closely with Intune and Endpoint Engineers to support devices across both platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of MECM.  

  • Monitor MECM infrastructure, distribution points, deployments, and client health.  

  • Troubleshoot and remediate common MECM client and deployment issues.  

  • Support Windows imaging, task sequences, drivers, and new hardware models.  

  • Package, test, and deploy Windows applications.  

  • Support monthly Windows patching, Feature Updates, and compliance activities.  

  • Assist with troubleshooting devices managed across both MECM and Intune.  

  • Support Autopilot and modern provisioning activities alongside Intune Engineers.  

  • Assist with vulnerability remediation and endpoint improvement initiatives.  

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and remediation.  

  • Participate in testing, pilot deployments, platform upgrades, and endpoint projects.  

  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.  

Required Qualifications 

  • 2–4 years of experience with MECM/SCCM or similar endpoint management technologies.  

  • Experience with Windows application deployment, imaging, or patching.  

  • Working knowledge of Windows endpoint management and troubleshooting.  

  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.  

  • Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills.  

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune and MECM co-management.  

  • Familiarity with Hybrid Entra ID Joined devices and Windows Autopilot.  

  • Experience with MECM collections, queries, reporting, or client remediation.  

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or enterprise change management.  

  • Microsoft endpoint management training or certification.

You'll be part of the Endpoint Engineering team responsible for keeping thousands of Windows devices reliable, patched, and ready for employees to use. You'll work alongside experienced MECM, Intune, and Endpoint Engineers while building deeper skills in endpoint management, automation, application delivery, imaging, and modern Windows provisioning.
