Job Description
The Opportunity:
The Associate Manager for Indirect Procurement plays a key role in managing and optimizing the company's indirect spend to ensure cost efficiency, supplier performance, and alignment with business needs. This role oversees the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to supplier relationship management this position is responsible for developing strategic sourcing initiatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and global standards. The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across the LATAM. The Associate Manager provides guidance, sets clear goals, monitors performance, and supports the professional development of team members to ensure operational excellence and growth within the function.
What Your Impact Will Be:
•Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
•Contract administration – manage existing contracts, dispute resolution, changes, renewal, default.
•Initiating project bidding.
•Assist in the execution of global strategies for short- and long-range goals.
•Lead and develop a team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver value through strategic sourcing and supplier management.
•Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and global procurement frameworks.
•Support budgeting and reporting processes, providing visibility into category spend and savings.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree International Business, Business Administration or related field
- 4-6 years up in a related field
- Proficient English skills (Reading, Speaking, Writing, and Understanding)
- Experience with Coupa or similar ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation, financial analysis, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments.
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at different organizational levels.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with high professional ethics.
- Ability to mediate and build consensus within the team
