Job Description
The Marketing Activation Associate plays a key role in driving the long-term growth of the Hot Wheels business
across LATAM by leading the strategy and execution of key product segments. This role translates consumer,
market, and commercial insights into locally relevant brand and portfolio strategies while ensuring flawless
execution across cross-functional teams. As the regional brand steward for assigned segments, the role partners
closely with Global to influence future product and marketing initiatives that accelerate sustainable business
growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the portfolio strategy for assigned Hot Wheels segments, defining the optimal product assortment,pricing recommendations, and volume plan for the LATAM market
- Execute integrated marketing plans, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless,on-time delivery
- Manage the segment A&P budget, ensuring efficient investment and alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, POS performance, competitive activity, and market share to identify growth opportunities and optimize business decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing to ensure successful execution of portfolio and marketing strategies.
- Represent the LATAM consumer by providing strategic input to Global teams on product development,innovation, and global marketing initiatives.
- Own the performance of assigned segments, driving accountability, agility, and continuous improvement to achieve brand and commercial objectives
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Administrator or related field
- 1 year Proven experience in brand management, consumer goods, retail or entertainment industries
- Experience in multinational is a plus. Ideally a car culture fan Growth Mindset: Curiosity, continuous learning,adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and propose innovative solutions.
- Problem-Solving
- Orientation: Out-of-the-box thinking to address both explicit and implicit business challenges. Holistic Business Understanding: Ability to connect brand, product, financial, and operational perspectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Business Process and Tableau is a plus. Collaboration & Communication: Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills to work with crossfunctional and multicultural stakeholders. Languages: Native Spanish and advanced
