Job Summary
The Google Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions leveraging Google technologies to enhance Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations processes. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and external partners to deliver scalable digital solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, automation, and decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in the Google ecosystem with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations, procurement processes, systems integration, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Build custom business solutions using AppSheet, Apps Script, Google Workspace APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Looker Studio and BigQuery.
Create workflow automation solutions to streamline manufacturing and procurement processes.
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Google platforms and enterprise applications such as Oracle, ERP, MES, PLM, and supplier management systems.
Manufacturing Solutions
Support digital manufacturing initiatives including production tracking, quality management, inventory visibility, and operational reporting.
Develop solutions for shop floor data collection and real-time manufacturing analytics.
Integrate manufacturing systems with cloud platforms to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.
Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong expertise in SQL and working with large-scale relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle).
Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python, R, or other advanced analytics tools.
Experience in Procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, or Industry 4.0 environments.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery.
