The Replenishment Planning Intern supports the LATAM team in the execution and monitoring of supply plans, ensuring product availability across multiple markets. This role involves analyzing supply performance, identifying potential risks, and contributing to actions that help maintain optimal stock levels and service performance across a broad SKU portfolio.
Job Description
The Associate Sales Admin Analyst will provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team in Chile.
This role will be responsible for order processing, reporting, and coordination between the Sales team and the
Distribution Center (DC). The position focuses on ensuring accuracy, timely response, and efficiency in sales
administration processes, contributing to the achievement of Mattel Chile's commercial objectives.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Process and monitor customer orders in internal systems (AS400/ISIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain sales and administrative reports in Excel, providing accurate and reliable information to the Sales team.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure product availability and timely deliveries to customers.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and customer requirements.
- Track and resolve order, inventory, and administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of key performance indicator (KPI) reports, with emphasis on response times and service levels.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional areas (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment of processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to administrative and commercial processes.
- Analysis, management and credit monitoring of the client portfolio with the finance team
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Non-Graduate Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Accounting,Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, sales support, or commercial roles, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or similar industries.
- Proficiency in AS400 (ISIS) and Excel (intermediate/advanced) is a plus
- Knowledge of sales administration and logistics processes.
- Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in coordination with Sales and DC teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Language: Spanish (native/advanced). English is a plus.
- No specific licenses or certifications are required for this role.
