  • Without CA: 12+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sr Financial Analyst to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing accounting and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Operations & Book Closure

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Treasury on interim basis.
  • Ensure strict adherence to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing schedules.
  • Perform complex bank and treasury reconciliations ; manage cash flow and working capital efficiently.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate depreciation accounting on interim basis.

2. FP&A, Budgeting & MIS

  • Lead the preparation of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and quarterly forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth Variance Analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Develop and refine MIS reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business health.

3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation (New Additions)

  • Ensure timely filing and compliance for GST, TDS, and Income Tax requirements.
  • Stay updated on evolving Ind AS and Companies Act regulations to ensure local compliance.
  • Companies act compliance- Oversee the secretarial compliance, Borad minutes and work with the legal team/CA firm on other compliance requirement.
  • Manage Transfer Pricing documentation and international tax reporting where applicable.

4. Global Reporting & US GAAP

  • Manage US Reporting requirements and ensure alignment with US GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with the global finance team to provide data for consolidated financial statements and tax reporting.
  • Bridge the gap between Indian statutory books and US GAAP reporting.

5. Audit & Internal Controls

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors; ensure timely completion of audits with zero major observations.
  • Evaluate, implement, and monitor robust Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify process gaps and implement automation to drive efficiency.
  • Focus on improving SOPs and automation

6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Mentor, and review the work of junior team members to ensure high data accuracy.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments (HR, Sales, Operations) to streamline financial workflows.

Qualifications:

  • CA Qualified (8+ years of experience) OR
  • MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with 12+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Experience in handling audits and compliance.
  • Added advantage with hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud and CyberArk (Account Reconciliations).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, Macros, and complex modelling) is essential.
  • Deep understanding of Ind AS, US GAAP, and Indian Statutory laws.
