Job Description

Summary:

A vendor compliance lead is responsible for identifying and investigating discrepant material. This position is responsible for investigating for root cause communicating these issues and concerns with our vendors, and initiating and following up on our DMR process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate suspect material.
  2. Communicate issues and areas of concern with vendors.
  3. Follow up with vendors on previous issues.
  4. Ability to provide coaching to team members on quality when needed.
  5. Willingness to learn and follow directions.
  6. Adhere to MBCI processes and procedures.
  7. Able to multitask.
  8. Responsible for following safety processes and procedures.
  9. Other as assigned by supervisor or lead.
  10. Able to follow a routine

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Able to work as part of a team.

  • Previous experience working in quality preferred.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and use fractions
  • Strong English communication skills – verbal, written & presentation; Listening

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull and bend up to 50lbs
