Marigold Aviation was established with a goal to create the world’s largest and best pilot training platform by drawing on the deep experience and expertise of our management team of leading global airline instructors, design specialists and regulatory experts. We have partnered with IndiGo Airlines for their Cadet Pilot Program to take young, aspiring candidates through the entire training journey, with the assurance of employment as First Offiers with IndiGo upon successful completion of the program.
This multi-phased program includes Ground School, Commercial Pilot’s License and conversion, and Type Rating and will take place at multiple locations in India and overseas. It will also include a thorough assessment by IndiGo prior to beginning training.

Job Description
The IndiGo Cadet Pilot Programme with Marigold Aviation will deliver well-trained airline pilots to IndiGo's flight deck. Selected by IndiGo and with a signed Letter of Intent you will train for a Commercial Pilot Licence and an Airbus A320 Type Rating before embarking your journey as a Junior First Officer with India's leading airline.
Qualifications
To qualify for the IndiGo Cadet Pilot Programme you must meet the following criteria.
- Age: You must be between 18 and 35 years
- Medical: Valid Indian DGCA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Education: Higher secondary 10+2 with a minimum score of 51% in each of Math, English & Physics
- Citizenship: Indian Nationals or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) holder.
- Visa: Have a valid passport with unrestricted right to live and work in India and travel worldwide
- English Language Proficiency: You must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
