Job Description

  • Answering phones

  • Entering pick ups, local dispatch

  • Updating spreadsheets

  • Tracing of freight, calling customers with exceptions

  • Maintain cash collect account

  • OS&D

  • Load and unload customers with forklift as required

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Proficient computer and typing skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask 

  • Good communication skills
