Job Description

Salesforce deployment requires Product Owners capable of facilitating business workshops, structuring a backlog and supporting users throughout the full cycle, from change management to go-live. This role targets a confirmed Salesforce PO.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Salesforce Product Owner (M/F), you operate across the full Salesforce project cycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.

  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and challenge business needs
  • Formalise requirements as User Stories and maintain the product backlog
  • Propose functional solutions suited to integration teams
  • Ensure change management (training, communication, user support)
  • Provide an advisory role to stakeholders
  • Participate in testing phases, data migration and go-live deployments
  • Manage priorities and organise the product backlog
  • Actively contribute to overall project management

Qualifications

  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
  • Proficiency in at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) (mandatory).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in creating and managing backlogs (Epics, User Stories).
  • Ability to model and present business processes, particularly related to customer relationship management.
  • Experience in change management (training materials, communications, user support). Professional English level (mandatory).
