Job Description

Lead the presentation and cleanliness of one of our largest and busiest coastal parks, NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park.  With a large-scale operation (57 cabins + 357 sites) and high guest volumes year-round, this is a role where your impact is seen every single day.

This isn’t just about cleaning rooms; it’s about leading a critical department that shapes every guest experience

What you will do:

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of housekeeping operations across the park.

  • Lead a team of 11 including a Team Leader
  • Coordinating housekeeping, public area and laundry operations 
  • Managing rosters, labour and productivity to meet operational demands 
  • Ensuring high presentation standards across all accommodation and facilities 
  • Monitoring guest feedback and driving improvements in service delivery
  • Leading, coaching and developing your team to perform at their best

You’ll work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and the broader leadership team to ensure the park is always guest-ready and running smoothly

What you will bring:

You’re an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager who:

  • Thrives in a large scale, fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Has strong attention to detail and pride in presentation 
  • Is confident leading and developing a hands-on team 
  • Understands labour, productivity and operational efficiency 
  • Brings a genuine passion for guest experience and service standards 

Most importantly, you lead by example, stay calm under pressure and know how to bring a team together to get the job done.
