We are seeking an experienced full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our leadership team at Pumphouse Point for an immediate start.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead, coach and mentor our dedicated team to prepare our guests rooms to a level which will help us to create an exceptional experience during their stay with us. You’ll take pride in setting the standard, working hands-on alongside your team while also managing key administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and conducting stocktakes.
This is a physically active role, so you’ll bring energy, resilience and a positive, can-do attitude to keep pace with a busy and dynamic environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and support a team to achieve high standards
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Minimum two years’ experience in housekeeping within the tourism or hospitality industry
- A positive, team-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Due to the nature of remote living, a current driver’s licence and personal vehicle are essential for this role
