Job Description
This is an exciting career opportunity where you will take ownership of and responsibility for the Accounts Payable function for NRMA.
What You'll Do
- Oversee Group Corporate Card management function including new card application, card limit change, card cancellation and managing cardholders queries such declined transactions and personal use
- Conduct weekly expense audit on Group corporate cards
- Manage & review of expense report for corporate card transactions and follow up of un-acquitted and pending transactions with cardholders
- Co-ordinate & assist in preparing monthly Payment Times Reporting submissions for all 11 NRMA entities in scope
- Prepare Consolidated Group Submission which includes Board pack bi-annual
- Month end reports and other adhoc reporting as required
What You'll Bring
- Prior experience in an accounts payable position in a large organisation
- Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Accounts Payable experience on ERP system
- Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in all tasks
- High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
- Delivery of high quality accurate reports within tight deadlines
- Value add perception of the processing function from all stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior experience using an integrated finance system
