• Support the day-to-day running of the Investor Operations team across investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, investor maintenance, dealing, reporting and cash processing activities.
• Review investor account documentation and transactions to help ensure accuracy, timely processing and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the resolution of investor, client and internal stakeholder queries, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
• Monitor team workloads and service levels, helping to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements, risk and control activities, and departmental projects that support operational efficiency and service quality.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing and a positive team environment.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3-5 years' experience within Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Asset Management, Banking or Financial Services.
• Working knowledge of investor onboarding, AML/KYC requirements, dealing, investor servicing and cash processing activities would be considered an advantage, 
• Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong client-service mindset.
