Job Description

Join our team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality fund administration services to our global clients. As an Investment Data & Valuation (IDV) Associate, you will work with both internal platforms and market‑leading vendor systems to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of investment data that drives critical business decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial markets, enjoys working with complex financial instruments, and is eager to expand their expertise in investment pricing, valuation, and data automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and enhance global investment reference data across a wide range of products, including exchange‑traded securities, broker‑dealer instruments, and OTC derivatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely pricing and valuation by performing price validation and collaborating with major market data vendors (Bloomberg, ICE, Markit, Refinitiv, etc.), including resolving price challenges.
  • Process global corporate actions, such as dividends, splits, mergers, acquisitions, calls/puts, rate resets, drawdowns, and other asset‑servicing events.
  • Support and optimize automated workflows for trade capture, pricing, valuation, and OTC derivatives processing.
  • Respond to inquiries related to financial instruments, valuation, corporate actions, and investment reporting with accuracy and professionalism.

 

    Qualifications

    • What You Bring

    • A good understanding of financial markets and how exchange‑traded and OTC products work

    • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field

    • CFA or FRM certification (or working toward one) is a plus

    • Experience in financial services is helpful, especially if you’ve worked with:

      • Bloomberg
      • Investment accounting or fund administration systems
      • Data and workflow automation tools
    • Basic SQL skills

    • Knowledge of Python or VBA is an advantage (not required)
