Job Description

1. Purpose of the Position:

  • Providing administrative and project support services.
  • Managing data entry in the LMS system.
  • Coordinating training logistics to ensure efficient and effective customer service.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Course Management: Planning courses and training sessions, sending invitations to participants, and confirming attendance.
  • Logistics and Bookings: Booking training venues, hotels, and flights for trainers, as well as handling office supply orders and document scanning.
  • Customer Support: Responding to client inquiries and contacting participants prior to course attendance.
  • Data Administration: Entering data into the LMS system and maintaining up-to-date training documentation.
  • Reporting and Oversight: Generating reports in the LMS system and ensuring that all training resources and materials are prepared.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English are required. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages is also required: Czech, Hungarian, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.

  • Candidates must have completed high school education.
  • Open-minded and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Service-minded.
