Job Description

Position Summary

BMW Logistics Support Services is seeking an experienced and result-oriented RDC (Regional Distribution Center) Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end spare parts logistics operations, supplier coordination, inventory management, transportation activities, and 3PL performance management. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless inbound and outbound logistics operations, maintaining compliance standards, driving operational excellence, and supporting BMW's aftersales supply chain requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation management, vendor management, and supply chain process optimization within the automotive industry.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA/Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain management, or automotive distribution operations.
  • Experience managing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
