Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and dealers representing leading automotive brands
  • Monitor and manage client receivables and liabilities toward the captive finance institution
  • Review dealer and direct customer portfolios to minimize credit risk and identify inconsistencies
  • Collect, verify, and maintain legal and financial documentation
  • Analyze financial and operational data using Excel and internal systems
  • Provide recommendations on invoicing levels based on portfolio performance and risk exposure
  • Monitor and verify collateral to ensure compliance with financing requirements
  • Conduct and review stock audits to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk
  • Actively contribute to month-end closing processes

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Polish (C1) and strong command of English (minimum B2), both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
  • Solid Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills

 

Nice to have

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in report creation and data analysis
  • Background in working with financial documentation or reporting
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
