Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to support a leading player in the motorcycle industry. This role sits within the Sales Operations team and focuses on administrative coordination across orders, logistics, invoicing, and vehicle registration processes

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and wants to grow within an international project.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and process orders, registrations, and administrative sales activities
  • Coordinate transport requests and logistics for sold motorcycles
  • Handle and approve license plate requests and legalization processes
  • Monitor and follow up on production and delivery delays
  • Ensure all documentation for vehicles (new, used, and pool bikes) is accurate and complete
  • Maintain close communication with dealers and internal stakeholders
  • Work with internal tools such as 3S, IVS-R, and CARDO

Qualifications

    What we’re looking for:

    • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
    • Background in the automotive/motorcycle sector is a strong plus
    • Degree in Business Administration or similar
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Languages:
      • Portuguese (required)
      • English (required)

    • Able to work independently
    • Strong communication skills
