Job Description
The Warranty Assessor is responsible for assessing warranty claims, authorizations and IDS tickets as well as
other Warranty Related items in compliance with the specified process and ensuring high standards of quality. As a market language expert, the Assessor will engage directly with the network and customer representatives. The role requires flexibility, attention to KPIs, and continuous learning to adapt to the evolving needs of the market. The role requires excellent understanding of warranty processes and rules, with special attention to the specificities of the main markets where assessor works most of the time.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: University degree or relevant education in engineering, business administration, automotive, finance, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Preferably at least 2 years in an aftersales automotive environment, with warranty assessment experience is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in German and advanced English. Additional languages are a plus.
Key competencies
- Knowledge of Technical Aspects: A strong understanding of automotive parts, diagnosis, and repair.
- Knowledge of Warranty Processes: Very good or expert knowledge of warranty regulations, policies, and systems.
- Warranty and Technical material understanding: be up to date and high level of knowledge of technical support material (Technical Manuals, Service News, Campaigns, Process updates)
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with internal teams and external customers.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot patterns and issues in claims data and report them accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to support the team and work collaboratively to meet objectives.
