Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Performance Lead to join our organization in Navi Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you will drive dealer performance excellence across our network, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. You will partner closely with dealers to identify performance gaps, develop actionable improvement plans, and provide coaching and mentoring support to maximize results.   • Monitor, analyze, and interpret dealer performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, tailored performance improvement strategies aligned with individual dealer needs and organizational objectives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments with dealers, providing constructive feedback, recognition, and support for achievements
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs within the dealer network, facilitating targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and strategic support to dealers to enhance their sales capabilities, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure dealer strategies align with broader organizational goals
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and recommended actions
  • Ensure dealer compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining transparency and accountability
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key dealers, serving as a strategic advisor and collaborative partner
  • Drive accountability and ownership among dealers through clear goal-setting, performance tracking mechanisms, and regular communication
  • Travel within the region as needed to conduct dealer visits, performance assessments, and relationship-building activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in dealer management, channel sales, performance management, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully improving dealer performance and driving measurable, sustainable business results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales management tools, and performance analytics software
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams or individuals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Leadership experience with the ability to make decisive decisions and drive accountability
  • Strategic planning and implementation capabilities with a focus on sustainable performance improvement
  • Problem-solving mindset with resilience and flexibility in dynamic business environments
  • Knowledge of the automotive or retail sector (preferred)
  • Experience with performance management systems and tools (preferred)
  • Certification in sales management, performance coaching, or related field (preferred)
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly regional language proficiency (preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region as needed for dealer visits and performance assessments
