Provide administrative and operational support to business development activities, ensuring effective client engagement, efficient internal processes and business growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Support data entry and maintenance of CRM, customer, and contract databases.
  • Help with follow-ups after client meetings.
  • Learn to create effective proposals.
  • Provide basic marketing support (event logistics, communication drafts).
  • Learn procurement processes and assist with registrations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Interest in marketing and business development support.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, email).
  • Relevant Degree Qualifications
