Job Description
The Training Administration Specialist serves as the primary contact for dealer networks in matters related to aftersales training. The role represents the regional training centre and contributes to the development and coordination of the training management system across multiple countries, including Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Ukraine.
- Publication and communication of training in combination with resource reservation (room, trainers, training facility, meals, etc.)
- Monitoring the competences of dealer network employees and participation in building and planning the training offer adequately to market demand
- Conducting ongoing communication and support of the service network in the field of operating the IWA training management system – Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine in an extended scope (due to communication capabilities)
- Reception of training participants and organization of supplies for the Training Center
- Monitoring of KPIs defined by the local and central organization, including the preparation of reports on day-to-day activities
- Cooperation with the central training organization in Turin in the field of administrative duties and with individual departments of the regional organization to build a coherent policy for dealer network competence development
- Operating the invoicing system in relation to the services provided
- Translation of materials to support the Ukrainian market
- Servicing external entities interested in the training offer and cooperation with external training providers
Working pattern
- Salary is up to gross 1800 EUR monthly
- Office Location: Nadarzyn
- Hybrid working method
- Permanent position
- 40 hours weekly
Qualifications
- Native Polish and Fluent English both written and spoken (Additional language as Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Estonian a plus
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good work organization and independence in operation
- Showing initiative and active participation in tasks and projects
- Knowledge of the MS Office package (MS WORD, MS, Excel MS Power Point, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in experience in the commercial vehicle segment • experience in conducting training is a plus
