Job Description
As a valuable member of the Toronto Marlies Game Presentation team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship service to ensure every fan has a memorable experience. You will be tasked with delivering an outstanding experience for all fans inside Coca-Cola Coliseum & Scotiabank Arena. This is done by assisting with game day preparation and execution of all in-game activations at every Toronto Marlies Home Game.
Position Type: Seasonal Contract
- Assisting and working closely with the Specialist, Game Presentation Toronto Marlies.
- Overseeing the scheduling and crew assignments of 50+ people for all Marlies home games.
- Floor Directing all Marlies home games.
- Ensuring crew, guests and participants are aware of what is taking place, as well as ensuring all required props and equipment are set up properly.
- Working closely on game days with the in-arena hosts.
- Executing other game presentation tasks including the production of stat boards, and additional fan activations.
- Preparing and delivering the game day script packages to respected parties.
- Ideating new features that align with the Toronto Marlies brand.
- Being on the pulse of social media and searching for content that would enhance the experience for fans at home games.
- Communicating positively and professionally with all MLSE staff, fans and AHL members.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills.
- Must be available to work all the Toronto Marlies home games.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekdays/nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong time management skills.
- Creative mindset.
- Strong ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt, problem solve, and pivot easily in a live event setting.
- Strong ability to work independently when required.
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with different team members and departments.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms & trends (Instagram, TikTok, X formerly known as “Twitter”)
- Knowledge of the Toronto Marlies team and brand is an asset.
