Job Description
Your passion for sport and brand partnerships will allow you to be a contributor within the Global Partnerships team, positioning MLSE as leaders within sport and entertainment at a global level. This role will assist department members with game night business activities such as leading all aspects of partner promotions, hospitality experiences and overall partnership account management. You will support partnerships with varying objectives and will crossover with all MLSE properties including the Maple Leafs, Raptors, Argonauts, Toronto FC and MLSE owned venues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and tactical support to the Global Partnership Marketing team on game nights for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Marlies, Raptors 905, Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts.
- Responsible for management and tracking of partner inventory on game nights such as rink boards, signage, hospitality experiences; maintain records of completed sponsor activities, bonus activities.
- Liaise directly with partners on game nights representing the whole Global Partnerships department in order to deliver high-end customer service to clients.
- Lend support at partner events (i.e. corporate skates) throughout the season and perform other related duties.

- Post-secondary education in marketing or business administration or equivalent an asset
- Ongoing awareness and responsiveness to outstanding client service
- Must be available to work game nights
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to listen, understand and communicate optimally
- A positive, winning attitude, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Exposure to corporate sales, promotion creation/management, and/or event execution
- Understanding of general marketing principles (knowledge of mass media and the value thereof)
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships
- A “one-team” approach toward departmental and company-wide goals
- Shown to perform well balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must have occasional access to a vehicle
