Job Description

As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the quick delivery of WINNING customer service to fans in their seats during various events. 

  • Prepare food and beverage orders quickly, expertly and according to standard.
  • Work diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practiced.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as the need arises.
  • Ensure work area and equipment is clean and organized at all times.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Provide fast Fan service with a smile!

Qualifications

  • Smart Serve certification required
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises
  • Shown ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Safe food handling training an asset
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks at a time
  • Able to pay close attention to detail & calculate order totals manually
  • Winning attitude
