Job Description
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: research, sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for corporate positions
- Implement creative sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and innovative outreach, to find and engage exceptional candidates
- Confidently conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential candidates, building initial relationships and interest
- Use online recruiting platforms and professional networks to identify qualified candidates
- Create, post, and manage job listings in our ATS, ensuring a smooth approval process
- Draft and coordinate offer letters for selected candidates
- Manage job postings across various platforms and handle advertisements across media channels
- Screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ fit for corporate roles
- Collaborate with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure seamless pre-employment documentation and onboarding processes
- Partner with hiring managers to discuss candidate insights and provide recommendations on top talent
- Manage candidate selection, offer negotiation, and closing processes
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, professional associations, and other networks to enhance sourcing
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports and metrics from ATS and job boards for data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is preferred but not required)
- HRIS experience is a plus
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, ideally focused on corporate roles
- Skilled in social media and resume databases to reach a diverse talent pool
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to bring fresh, creative ideas to recruiting
- Confident and comfortable with phone-based outreach, including cold calls
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
