Job Description
At METRO Convenience, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who will help shape the future of our convenience retail business and strengthen the connection between our brand and our customers.

What you'll do:
- Define and implement the marketing strategy for our convenience retail network.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Strengthen brand positioning while ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead commercial events, promotional campaigns and communication initiatives.
- Manage media strategy, communication agencies and marketing investments to maximize business impact.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives and identify innovative ways to engage customers.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze market trends and transform insights into actionable initiatives.
- Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and communication solutions that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage the marketing budget while ensuring cost efficiency and measurable business results.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in Marketing within Retail, FMCG or Convenience Retail
- Strong understanding of brand management, trade marketing and digital marketing
- Experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
- Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
