Job Description
- To ensure that rail card and signage are changes and updated as and when required
- To punch re-packing in GMS system on timely basis
- To perform MAV on weekly basis through internal consumption for the bakery production
- To perform stock orders with necessary documentations
- To take corrective and preventive measures for wastage and shirk-age control
- To coordinate and resolve QA related issues against periodical visits and other findings from time to time
- To ensure the proper cleansing and hygienic environment of the over bakery and production areas and equipment’s
- To recommend new recipes for bakery products for sales improvement and addressing customer needs
- Structural deficiency monitoring
- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations, and to propose solutions.
- Maintenance of Customer file to update and ensure the quality of customer file data in order to communicate with customers in the most efficient way.
- Contact with at least 10 customers on weekly bases to understand their needs and expectations, and to know best customers personally.
- Perform analysis of best customers to know them, understand their needs and propose solutions.
- Visit competitor to check price, assortment, merchandizing, services, competitor activities and to give feedback on the competition to buying hence not relying only on MIU reports.
