METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. The merger allowed METRO and Makro-Habib to combine resources and gain the financial strength to lead and grow in a challenging environment and to gain synergies targeted to generate value for our customers and suppliers alike. Today the company is operating 10 wholesale centers in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad & Faisalabad.

• Ability to Reconcile reports from GMS with cash and credit.
• Assist in scheduling cashiers in their shifts.
• Assist in through management of check out - floor operations which will include Cash tills and End control.

• Seek info from the line manager about competitor's services and activities.
• Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.
• Review and approve all the operational activities of team members.
• Keep motivation level high among all team members to bring the best out of them.
• Keep a conducive and learning environment among all team.
• To carry out any instructions/task given by the line manager and/or seniors
