• Candidate should have hands on experience in SAP HCM , front end processes like Organization Management & Personnel Administration
• Understand the requirements of the clients and provide the solution accordingly for SAP PA/OM as an End User.
• Build necessary controls around the process and make sure that the quality standards are met
• Ensure customer satisfaction .
• Experience in working on Oracle system would be an added advantage
• Tracking the requests on daily basis and make sure that the SLA is met
• Should have good experience in escalation management 
• Willing to learn new skills 

6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM

SAP HCM Certified will be added advantage

Graduate / Post Graduate - any stream

Personal Skills:

• Good and communication skills and ability to interact well with all levels stakeholders of different countries
• Basic knowledge in Excel, Outlook and browsing skills
