Job Description
- Daily Department Round, assigned tasks to Store staff
- Expiry check, stock correction
- Working on the schedule
- Metro post checklist
- Signage’s check
- Railcard and price check
- FIFO Check.
- Coordination with ALC EDP regarding printing and generate new Barcodes.
- Repacking, internal consumption, quality checking
- Customer dealing
- Staff training, staff roaster update
- Working on Daily QA report, inventory
- System updates
- Receiving and ordering, returns
- Verification of System Entries
- Attend daily Meeting.
- Communication with HO and Store Management.
- Supervise staff in carrying out tasks.
- Monitor and control staff performance.
- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations, and to propose solutions.
- Maintenance of Customer file to update and ensure the quality of customer file data in order to communicate with customers in the most efficient way.
Qualifications
Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience or Bachelors/Masters
