Job Description

Provide support to the various members of the Makro Portugal Board in terms of:

  • Carrying out administrative tasks;
  • Organization and control of agendas of board members
  • Support with presentations and email responses
  • Scheduling and canceling appointments for all Board Members;
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings;
  • Be responsible for arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for Board Members;
  • Management of correspondence for the Board;
  • Management of invoices associated with credit cards and providing appropriate follow-up and follow-up with the accounting team;
  • Total management and maintenance of Board vehicles;

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications at Bachelor's level;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and fluency in French will be a plus
  • 3 years of experience in equivalent functions;
  • Ease of interpersonal relationships;
  • Time management ability;
  • Domain from the user's perspective.
