Job Description

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Endur ETRM system, providing hands-on support, analysis, and operational stability across the trading technology landscape.

The role ensures timely issue resolution, reliable End-of-Day (EoD) execution, and high-quality user support for Front Office, Product Control, Risk, and Operations teams — contributing directly to efficient and controlled trading activities.

  • Investigate and resolve L1/L2 incidents and service requests
  • Provide on-site support to Front Office, Product Control, and other stakeholders
  • Analyse and troubleshoot complex ETRM-related issues
  • Recommend and implement approved fixes or workarounds
  • Collaborate with developers and project teams on sustainable solutions delivered as L3 or project work.
  • Maintain documentation for end users
  • Identify and propose performance and stability improvements
  • Participate in testing, release validation, and post-implementation support

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience supporting ETRM systems (Endur expertise required)
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes (Front to Back)
  • Hands-on experience with Endur configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting
  • Basic familiarity with SQL, OpenJVS scripting, or other Endur integration tools is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
