Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Reporting
- IFRS reporting
- Analyze and consolidate the monthly actual expenses
- P&L analysis of the costs – provide monthly explanations and prepare correction entries
- Take part in forecasting and budgeting processes
- Keep in touch with affiliates
- Manage intercompany invoicing, handle claims
- Support banking transactions and follow daily cash flows
- Identification of key business drivers, proposal of corrective actions
- Participation in monthly closing, intercompany reconciliation
- Responsible for expense policy compliance
Qualifications
Required skills:
- University/College degree in finance/economics
- 3-4 years’ experience in controlling gained within an international organization
- Experience in energy sector is appreciated
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English
- Experience in using Logo accounting system is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and respectful of deadlines
- Numerical, with a precise, error-free approach
- Able to work under pressure and set priorities in a complex and rapidly changing environment
