• Design, develop, and maintain internal data platforms for scalable storage of energy sector data
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and reliable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and integrate time series data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data models that support business analytics and forecasting
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Drive best practices for data quality, security, and performance optimisation
• Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering standards

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar field
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for large-scale data transformations of time series data
• Extensive experience with Databricks (Lakehouse Architecture), Azure cloud services, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of DataOps and DevOps principles
• Strong interest in data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical), ETL development, and data warehousing
• Full professional proficiency in English
