Job Description
Support Program Manager in various manufacturing-related job functions in Technical, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain Fields. Assists with sales data analysis, requests for quotation, PowerPoint assistance, engineering communication, inventory analysis, and general inquiries from traditional channels.
Pay range: $14 - 17 per hour
Principle Responsibilities
- Assist Program Managers (PM) with customer responsibilities.
- Interpret manufacturing inquires and questions with oversight from the PM.
- Develop an understanding of the castings industry and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with GRIE domain functions to develop customer centric processes and improvements.
- Assist with regular business reviews with key accounts to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with technical support to key accounts to facilitate product knowledge and sales growth.
- Assist PM in addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Graduate or Senior in manufacturing related field.
