Pay $20/hour - This is a Temporary Part-Time Position (20 hours per week)

Under general supervision, coordinates all international shipments to ensure proper shipment to and from international suppliers and customer sites.

Principle Responsibilities

• Filing Import Documents to Import Dept. for three warehouses
  • Checking packing list/invoice/BL against PO
  • Filling the document to the appropriate location in the system
  • Filing Import Certificate for chain link posts
• Create Shipment ID for three warehouses (for EDI, 3rd party, and DDP)
• Create Shipping Notification for 3rd party vendors’ shipments
• GR for Direct Import
  • Process GR for DI accounts
  • Track and update shipment status

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.  Ability to deal with all levels of employees, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Must work effectively under pressure.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Prefer 1-3 years of professional experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP a plus
