Join our Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Officer and play a key role in supporting the financial health of our NFP organisation. You’ll manage receivables, monitor outstanding balances, and work closely with families to resolve accounts - balancing strong attention to detail with a people-focused approach.

Job Description
• Monitor receivables, follow up overdue accounts, and manage payment plans
• Resolve failed direct debits and liaise with families via phone and email
• Maintain records, track collections, and support reconciliations/reporting
• Assist with admin tasks, month/year-end processes, and improvements
• Collaborate with teams while upholding confidentiality, MACSEYE values, and safeguarding
Qualifications
• Experience in accounts receivable/collections (ECE, care, or health preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Bookkeeping/accounting qualification; Xero and Xplor experience advantageous
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a reliable team player
