Lucid Software Inc. develops cloud-based tools to build visual content on the Web. The company's product line includes Lucidchart, a diagramming application used to create visual communications; and Lucidpress, a publishing tool used to create print and digital content.

·         Manage daily task lists, meeting materials, and follow-up items for the Deputy Commissioner of the Division of Prevention of Primary Care, in partnership with Deputy Commissioner staff

·         Handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy

·         Plan for upcoming meetings by preparing the agenda and necessary supporting materials

·         Work closely with the Deputy Commissioner’s executive assistant and provide ad-hoc support with daily meeting operations when needed.

·         Work closely with division leadership to respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner

·         Coordinate and manage responses cross-bureau, divisional, agency, and external requests.

·         Develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal staff and external stakeholders

·         Special projects as assigned or required.

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in the sciences a plus; Master’s in public health preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience effectively supporting a senior executive in a public health or healthcare setting
• Excellent project/time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly/concisely with internal and external people and work well with all levels of management.
