Main Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính:

• Execute assigned tasks effectively and efficiently, with appropriate management of time and costs.
  Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được giao một cách hiệu quả, đồng thời đảm bảo quản lý thời gian và chi phí hợp lý.
• Implement sustainability activities within the assigned area, working with farmers, team leaders, and agents.
  Triển khai các hoạt động phát triển bền vững tại khu vực được phân công, phối hợp với nông dân, trưởng nhóm và đại lý.
• Gather and regularly report information on the implementation of sustainability activities to management, coordinating with provincial management to verify information when needed.
  Thu thập và báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp quản lý về việc triển khai các hoạt động phát triển bền vững, đồng thời phối hợp với quản lý cấp tỉnh để xác minh thông tin khi cần thiết.
• Identify challenges and opportunities to further develop sustainability activities.
  Xác định các thách thức và cơ hội nhằm thúc đẩy hơn nữa các hoạt động phát triển bền vững.
• Be responsible for sustainability data within the assigned area.
  Chịu trách nhiệm về dữ liệu phát triển bền vững tại khu vực được phân công.
• Support Field Technicians (FT) in technical activities, training, and field monitoring.
  Hỗ trợ Kỹ thuật viên hiện trường (FT) trong các hoạt động kỹ thuật, đào tạo và giám sát tại hiện trường.
• Work collaboratively as part of the team and contribute to achieving the team’s objectives.
  Phối hợp làm việc trong nhóm và đóng góp vào việc hoàn thành các mục tiêu chung của nhóm.
• Ensure all activities comply with the relevant Group Code of Conduct, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  Đảm bảo tất cả các hoạt động tuân thủ Bộ Quy tắc Ứng xử của Tập đoàn, các yêu cầu pháp luật và chuẩn mực đạo đức có liên quan.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the direct manager.
  Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ phát sinh khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp.

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sustainability programs or related areas within the agriculture industry, preferably in multinational companies.
  Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến các chương trình phát triển bền vững hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan trong ngành nông nghiệp, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm tại các công ty đa quốc gia.
• Experience in the coffee industry is an advantage.
  Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành cà phê là một lợi thế.

Academics/ Học vấn

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Sustainability, or related fields.
  Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Nông nghiệp, Phát triển bền vững hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting skills.
  Thành thạo Excel và có kỹ năng lập báo cáo.
• Ability to train farmers on RSP, SCI, and other relevant projects is an advantage.
