Job Description

Main accountabilities (Main Responsibilities):

1.    Monitor market movements and execute pricing orders on DCE accurately and in a timely manner; track and record executed pricing levels against target levels whenever applicable.
2.    Prepare and distribute daily trading recaps and position summaries after market close.
3.    Reconcile cash pricing orders with corresponding futures transactions to ensure 100% accuracy and completeness.
4.    Ensure full compliance with futures exchange regulations, position limits, and internal control requirements; closely monitor changes in exchange rules and communicate updates promptly to relevant stakeholders and support functions.
5.    Maintain and update daily reports on open interest, warehouse receipts, and key market indicators across major commodity contracts.
6.    Maintain pricing-related databases and ensure accurate and timely data uploads to internal systems.
7.    Provide operational support by liaising with exchanges, brokers, and internal stakeholders, and preparing trading-related documentation and reports as required.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in futures trading, commodity trading operations, risk management, or related fields.

Education: 
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Trading, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Technical/ Functional skills:
-    Good understanding of futures markets and hedging principles.
-    Proficiency in Excel and trading/reporting systems.
-    Familiarity with DCE, CZCE, SHFE or other futures exchange operations is preferred.

Other skills and competencies:
-    Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
-    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-    Strong numerical and data management capability.
-    Good communication and coordination skills.
-    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
-    High integrity and compliance awareness
