Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with field teams and CP to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
- Monitor dispatches, cargo movement, and shipment status on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely communication between field teams, transporters, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
Documentation Management
- Verify and ensure availability of all required documents before booking and dispatch.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, permits, and other operational documents.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Commercial Compliance
- Possess sound knowledge of commercial documentation and logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to transportation and dispatch.
- Coordinate with commercial and finance teams for document validation and issue resolution.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, dispatch reports, and movement trackers.
- Follow up on pending documents and operational issues.
- Escalate any operational deviations, delays, or compliance concerns to management promptly.
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Qualifications
Qualification
- B. Com / Commerce Graduate
- Additional qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commercial Coordination.
