Job Description
As an Infrastructure Coordinator, you are a technically strong infrastructure specialist who works hands-on in day-to-day operations, while also taking on a coordinating role towards external suppliers, internal IT colleagues, and end users.
You manage our modern infrastructure stack, with a clear focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cisco Meraki. You combine deep technical expertise with a pragmatic mindset: you analyse issues, resolve them yourself where possible, and involve partners where collaboration is required.
You act as a key point of contact between the business, IT, and external parties, ensuring a stable, secure, and future-proof IT infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities:
Technical Infrastructure
- Managing, optimizing, and further developing the Azure cloud infrastructure
- Administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Designing, managing, and troubleshooting the network landscape
- Monitoring system and network availability, performance, and capacity
- Actively contributing to incident and problem resolution (2nd / 3rd line support)
- Implementing and monitoring security measure
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinating and following up with external IT vendors and partners
- Guiding and supporting helpdesk and support activities (functional and technical)
- Aligning with internal stakeholders regarding needs, expectations, and priorities
- Translating business requirements into concrete technical solutions
- Monitoring agreements, SLAs, and service quality
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Acting as technical lead or coordinator in infrastructure-related projects, such as:
- Cloud and tenant optimisations
- Network infrastructure and security
- Modern workplace solutions (Intune, policies, device lifecycle management)
- Telephony and collaboration (Teams-based solutions)
- OT / warehouse and industrial IT environments
- Identifying and implementing improvements related to stability, security, and cost efficience
Documentation & Governance
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and architectural overviews
- Contributing to the development of standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation within the IT team
Qualifications
Your profile:
- You have a strong command of Dutch and are fluent in English
- You are well-organized and able to manage diverse tasks while maintaining overview
- Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you can bridge the gap between technology and business

- You have knowledge of:
