Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Creating KRA / KPI for team and having monthly review on it.
- Thorough about container execution process from Brazil, Asia, Eu and Central America and handling CMA / SMA for west Africa port.
- Understanding and maintaining meticulous details of shipment / terminal, loading charges / D&D/Storage for processing payment and mitigating such loss.
- To maintain database and secure supporting documents of different claims processed to perform various analysis.
- Being aware and having control on end-to-end shipment process / system / reporting.
- Monthly task related to reporting, tracker, ensure meeting deadline for each task. Freight, Shipper payment, invoicing, accruals, cash allocation & update of shipment in System.
- Supervising & Taking care of VIP Clients for container shipment, documentation and coordination.
- Being aware of UCP 600 / ISBP and handled LC shipments.
- Proficiency in creating SOP and process.
- Assisting if need arise for Insurance task, Container Freight Matrix and Master Data Management.
- Aware of Compliance, Credit Risk approval, Anti Money Laundering (AML) Policy.
- Intercompany transactions reconciliation and its payment process on weekly / monthly basis.
- Render weekly reports to up line manager and on monthly basis to Stakeholder.
- Conducting monthly / weekly meeting and leading it.
Team Management
- Manages and leads team members in achieving company/platform goal, motivate and assesses performance.
- Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for training or skill checks.
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Keep the team motivated and help on their learning and growth.
- Assists management and develop talents.
Qualifications
- MBA, Post-Graduation, Graduation.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience having in-depth executional knowledge related to container flow and managing team.
- Has been handling third country execution and end to end process with knowledge related to execution and policy related to Compliance, AML & Credit Risk approval.
